Lhasa Budget Tour 07 Nights/ 08 Days

VENTURE ON A PATH LEADING TO THE SUMMIT OF SERENE BEAUTY

Discover the pinnacle of our Lhasa tour with an unforgettable exploration of the ancient city, rich in cultural, religious, and historical significance, serving as the heart of Tibet. Positioned at an elevation of approximately 3,660 meters (11,450 ft.), Lhasa claims its title as the world's highest city, nestled amidst the Himalayas on the Tibetan Plateau. This "roof of the world" boasts a semi-arid climate shaped by the rain shadow of the Himalayas, yet its fertile river valley showcases a breathtaking contrast of lush green farms against the backdrop of arid landscapes and snow-capped peaks.

Our budget-friendly trip is available every Tuesday and Saturday year-round, with December and January as the low season, making Saturday the optimal time for the journey. The overland adventure begins with a scenic bus ride to Lhasa, offering two options for the return journey to Kathmandu: a flight back or an onward journey to Mainland China. Post-trip, adding flexibility to your 7/8-day Lhasa overland experience.
